The Colorado Enterprise Zone tax credit program is one the most accessible and utilized business support tools that the state has to offer to businesses all around Colorado. In the educational seminar, we will discuss the different state income tax credits under the enterprise zone program including; requirements, credit rates, and how to calculate the credits. We will also discuss the application process including eligibility (location), pre-certification, certification, and income tax filing. Finally, we will go over some common issues that we see from CPA’s around the state and country.
