The pace of the housing recovery picked up speed, and by year’s end, activity spread to encompass previously quiet segments of the local market, particularly the luxury and new construction markets. Our real estate sales within The Bear’s Club were up nearly 65% in 2013 and we anticipate that 2014 will show continued momentum.
