Simply go to the Sign up page and follow instructions. You will need to submit a little information and we will send you an email to confirm your account. Click the link in this email and you will be taken to your Issuu Pro account from where you can publish as much as you want simply by uploading your documents.
With Issuu Pro the advertisement sidebar is removed on embedded and standalone publications. With Issuu Pro you also get access to special tools and features for publishers and marketers. Issuu’s free publishing solution has less features and tools and includes an advertisement sidebar, also on embedded/standalone publications.

No problem. When you upload, simply select 'Private'. This will hide your document from all our lists, and it will not be found in searches on Issuu by by search engines. Only you know the URL, so keep it a secret. Note: If you post the URL or embed your document on a public website, search engines may be able to find and index it.
No problem. Simply select 'Private' under 'Publishing options' and only you will be able to utilize the social features (embedding, email etc.) on Issuu.
Sure. Use our bulk upload feature to publish multiple documents from your hard drive. Once they are uploaded you can easily add/change title, description and tags.
Yes. With our Smart Look feature you get a small snippet of code to insert on your webpages. This will automatically replace your documents with beautiful Issuu publications.

You can build a custom skin to do this. Customization needs basic programming skills, but we will work on making this easier. Please refer to this page for information on customization.
You can easily choose to open your publication on a specific page in the embed wizard. Simply add &pageNumber=X to the end of the URL for the Standalone Issuu, where X equals the page you want to open. If you want to link to a specific page of the Issuu version of your publication simply add /X to the end of the Issuu document URL.
Unless you have uploaded your document as 'Private', Google will index your document. However, it sometimes takes a while before Google crawls our site, so please be patient.
Unless you have uploaded your document as 'Private', Issuu will index it normally within 24 hours, depending on the general work load.

Yes. Issuu is a pay-as-you-go service. You do not commit to any long term contracts. If you decide to cancel after the trial period has ended, you'll only be charged for the current month and that's it.

No, you can upload as many publications as you like. We do however expect fair use of our service so if you exceed 1 million readers a month or 15GB storage the price is subject to negotiation.
