I FACE THE WORLD

I can face the world and of all of life

Living, breathing, constantly in motion through time

Sometimes wishing to escape but never forever

The hard times, that keeps me together

Gaining strength day after day

Just to dive into the next without delay

I look at the world often with questions

And then myself, considering my own reflection

This world has issues, many left unsolved

No one to blame or pity because

I face the world with peace and boldness

Waiting with hope and faith for him who shows us
