Founder and Executive Director, Julian Clarke, is a member and is the 2nd Supreme Anti-President on the National Executive Board of Alpha Omega Kappa. Julian is also Director of Business Administration for Thriving Transmen of Color. Julian will be speaking at Black Trans Advocacy Conference April 26, 2023 in “Session 02: Leaving Behind a Fixed Mind-Set and Walking Into a Growth Proficiency.” Julian has been on several panels including Thriving Transmen of Color Suicide Prevention Panel. He focuses on the advancement of Transgender communities of color gaining access to beneficial resources and tools for suitable living and growing. Julian is the voice behind FOCUS2RISE, he is the spearhead of its entirety. The company was born out of his own adversity and needing to ensure a good future for his family.

The goal of FOCUS2RISE Life Coaching LLC is to be the leverage others need to rise above the adversities which keep them from fulfilling their goals.
