Whosoever sings finds freedom spiritually, emotionally, and physically. When Paul and Silas were imprisoned, they “prayed [and] sang praises” and out of that “there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one ' s bands were loosed” (Acts 16:25-26). I remember as a teenager, I listened to particular styles of music d mood. I used hard rock when I wanted to drown out pain with the soaring vocals. I used country music when it was time to do a littl R&B when my heart hurt and classical for test days. All along the kept a song for God. I always had something to say to God no ma I found freedom in gospel music that I never found in anything el same is available to you. You can sing in your pain, in your hurt, i your love.

Have you lost your song? The rhythm that feeds your life? You do in that place. God does not desire for you to stay in the silence. G enjoy the beauty that has been created for your life. A little ditty from the things that keep you bound is available. We need to sha of your life. Disrupt the darkness.

Now is the time to find God’s song in you. It can give you hope speak to your broken places. The greatest gift in God’s song is fi intimate of relationships with God.
