Padilla and Sandi Trend for the non-compliance of the Yolo and Sacramento County District Attorney office's Fruad Units for NOT prosecuting Agraquest and it's representatives representatives in the willful fraudulent concealment of the causation of David Bell's work related illness's from occupational exposure to unknown chemicals and biological hazards in the Agraquest biological research and development laboratory and off-site farms. Opposition to ANY funding to Yolo & Sacramento County Fraud Units was again stated.
