Hip hop is a freedom of expression a dimension that has been taking to a higher level than ever. We achieve great power in which the world can hear and enjoy. Hip Hop shares the everyday struggles to those that has never experience day-to-day situation. It also builds a connection in communities that are in poverty and low income workers that can relate to the music in many ways . We look at hip hop as our information guide an a reliable source that keeps us connected to the real world in our society and we embrace many cultures and uniform them into one music by emerging relationship between hip hop. Hip hop transform from clean cut lyrical flows to Autotunes and unique sounds that expands in our futuristic music and tempos, AND WE perfected new terms and word usage adapting to our new hip hop. Our hip hop has also cross over to the Latin industry collaborating with top elite artists from the Latin countries blending Hip Hop with Reggaeton. Understand both gender of music are similar and execute in the same functions in the music industry., and now hip hop and Reggaeton is the primary factor in today’s music. Today mi gente we make history and we set trends.

The Grime Report recently caught up with Stylah who discussed his first mixtape “The Prince of Thieves” and how he sold 25,000 copies independently. Stylah speaks on his personal facourite track, and then follows up with speaking about his “Crash Course” mixtape. Stylah speaks on his inspirations behind the mixtapes and his influences in the content on the records. Big news has been brewing in the Golden Era camp as there has already been mention of another Hilltop Hoods album ‘Walking Under Stars’ hitting our ears in 2013. As usual the guys at Golden Era kick started their year with yet another free mixtape, featuring all the artists on the label. This has happened since 2011 and if you haven’t got these you can head over to their site (www.goldenerarecords.com.au) and pick it up as a free download. This years tape didn’t go live until February, but they didn’t leave fans standing until this, with a golden era appreciation week featuring new music each day from different artists on the label. This week was topped off with an eight minute cypher track featuring all the artists and announcing the newest member of the group K21
