The signature Chinese restaurant adds to the diverse culinary journey. Another exciting dining experience has arrived at The Apurva Kempinski Bali. This time, the resort announces the opening of Bai Yun, a delightful Chinese hot pot experience. “Bai Yun” translates as “white cloud” in Chinese-Mandarin, and it reflects the dining concept of this restaurant. The inspiration comes from the way hot pots produce heat, which in turn creates the steam that floats in the air, resembling white clouds. From Mongolia, China and, nowadays, South East Asia, hot pot is a popular dining style that is beloved for bringing people together. Playing an essential role, our talented chefs have crafted a selection of soup bases, such as the chicken herbal, pork collagen and vegetarian. The restaurant also focuses on using fresh seasonal ingredients. Diners will indulge in a wide range of premium- quality meat, fresh seafood, vegetables, noodles, mushrooms, tofu and meatballs. TRANSFORMASI INAYA PUTRI BALI MENJADI MERUSAKA NUSA DUA SEIRING KONSOLIDASI HOTEL BUMN

INAYA Putri Bali, hotel bintang 5 milik BUMN resmi bertransformasi menjadi Merusaka Nusa Dua. Acara transformasi ini juga dilakukan secara serentak di dua wilayah lainnya yaitu di Parapat dan Padang, dimana dua hotel lainnya, yaitu Inna Parapat serta Grand Inna Padang secara bersamaan diresmikan untuk bertransformasi menjadi Khas Parapat dan Truntum Padang. Hal ini selaras dengan program konsolidasi hotel BUMN yang dicanangkan oleh Menteri BUMN Bapak Erick Thohir. Nama Merusaka sendiri terinspirasi dari kepercayaan Hindu di Bali, yang mana Merusaka melambangkan Nirwana yang pertama, tujuan impian yang megah dan monumental dengan mengangkat pesona serta karisma budaya Bali.
