ive years ago, I had a dream of creating a community region which could house my models and staff...a place they could call home...a place to play, work and socialize with other like-minded individuals who appreciated fashion, entertainment, arts and the finer things in life. Over the years, this vision remained in the back burner as AVENUE evolved into what it is today. It was by pure chance or a twist of events that led me to meet zzoiezee of ZanZe Estates earlier this year where a new friendship and partnership was born and with it the opportunity to realize my dream. Over the past six months, I researched and developed the concept of a Neo Zen region of four sims of minimal aesthetics that would be contemporary and completely unique with profferings of the finest in fashion, entertainment, the arts and residences called zenshi. I had the good fortune of finding one of Second Life’s most talented architect, Colpo Wexler of Digital Cult Lifestyle, to help us realize my vision. It has been the most amazing collaboration with Colpo and we will be working on the final phase of this development in creating an art space that will be ready in early 2013. I would like to thank zzoiezee, the team at Zanze Estates and of course, my AVENUE family who has stuck by me to help realize zenshi.

anzE Estates is so excited to announce their new partnership with AVENUE and present our newest endeavor, zenshi. zenshi offers a breakthrough concept in that exclusive fashion, designer boutiques, social events, and luxury living can now come together as one. This new high-end community will truly unite quality Second Life designers and fashion conscious residents. Each designer involved in this exciting, new project is currently working on original designs, prepared solely for zenshi. These exclusives will not be available in any other location, including their main stores. In addition to these exclusives, the shopping district will house each designer’s most current and fresh selections which will be rotated on a regular basis. zenshi Heights aims to to bring the fashion community even closer together by offering consumers and residents an opportunity to socialize in an upscale, friendly atmosphere. Through the community living concept, we strive to build strong relationships between designers, residents, and guests through exciting special events and unique living accommodations.
