Please provide a brief history of the company: The dream to start T ‘N G came to us 15 years ago, after several years of planning and mustering the courage for the leap – T ‘N G became our reality in February of 2011. We t a ke a n i m mense amount of pride in our non-profit – PayItForward. We will be entering our 6th year and have completed 6 complete bathroom/ home remodels as well as do zens of other projects. Gina works on the entire process from selection, organizing of volunteers, donors, acquiring any sponsors and materials that are needed for the large year project as well as the several others throughout the year. She also does all the fundraising on her own, b u t wo u l d n e ve r tur n down an ex-
tra hand. Gina is now mentoring a company in Rhinelander, Wisconsin and Denton, Texas to get the same community works going in those cities as well. What sets you apart from other companies and why? Compassion, we all are compassionate in this community and we strive to bring that out in the open to share with everyone. We we r e i n s t r u m e n tal in helping promote Austin in the Reader’s Digest in November of 2018 being selected as one of the Top 10 Nicest Places in America.
