Please provide a brief history of the company: L.A. Nails started in 2004 so it has been in business for around 14 years. The first location by the old Target was in operation until April 2018. The current location opened on April 16th 2018. How many employees do you have? 5 Tell us a little about your business. What are your specialties? Our specialties include pedicures, manicures, gel polish and acrylic nails. The most popular services include pink and white acrylic nails, gel polish and pedicures.
What sets you apart from other companies and why? The things that set us a part from other companies is our customer service and professionalism. We strive to provide every customer with the best service as possible. What are your goals for the upcoming year? Our goals for the upcoming year is to hire more technicians and provide more services which will hopefully create a more efficient business. What is your address? 1403 18th Ave NW, Austin
What are some of the new things your business is doing? What are you most proud to tell customers, and why? In our new location, we have two more pedicure chairs, eight in total.
