ELSI GRADUATE COURSE TACKLES FUNDAMENTAL QUESTIONS OF LIFE Credit: Tokyo Tech
The Earth-Life Science Institute (ELSI) in Tokyo launches a new integrated graduate course exploring the origin and evolution of life and planets. How did Earth form and how did life emerge on our planet? What conditions are required for life to arise on other planets? The Earth-Life Science Institute (ELSI) at Tokyo Institute of Technology (Tokyo Tech) is launching a new graduate course to address these fundamental questions. The integrated five-year joint master-doctorate, starting in 2022, will be held in partnership with the Tokyo Tech’s Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences and School of Life Science and Technology.
