Terms + Conditions Updated Refund Policy: initial

2024 Facades events, if the local government in the city where the event takes place restricts in-person events due to health issues, which forces us to move the date of the event, sponsor can receive a full refund if you cannot participate in the new date if the request is made immediately upon the new date announcement. As well, you can move the pre-paid dollars to another event or AN Media Group marketing product. AN Media Group reserves the right to cancel and or move an event at discretion based on the health and safety for all sponsors and attendees.

Late Setup, Early Breakdown or Failure to Show initial

Sponsor exhibits not fully set up 30 minutes prior to doors opening will incur a $250 penalty fee. Failure to exhibit will incur a $750 penalty fee. Breaking down prior to end time specified in logistics will incur a $250 penalty fee.

Order Electrical and Drayage Upon Signing initial

I understand that these fees are non-refundable and may be charged retroactively. A more detailed order form will be sent with logistics prior to each conference. We will need an electrical drop at our table. $200 per drop per city. Please indicate cities on page 1 of IO. We will be shipping materials to the venue ahead of the event.* $150 inbound fee and $150 outbound fee per city. Please indicate on page 1 of IO. *If you hand-carry all items, there is no fee.
