WILL BUTLER Senior Associate / Page Will typically serves as a Project Manager and Job Captain on small, midsized, and large scale architectural projects at Page. He strives to ensure that cost is managed while maintaining the integrity of the design, as well as assuming responsibility for project design and construction administration functions as required. Will has been heavily involved in corporate, education, high tech, and healthcare projects throughout his time at Page. Specific projects he has been involved in have included new facilities, and extensive renovations and additions, in Texas, Georgia, Oklahoma, Nevada and Qatar.

MATTIA FLABIANO President / Page Mattia joined Page 40 years ago, and his experience has been focused on complex, mission critical type projects, from academic research institutions and micro-electronics fabrication facilities to all facility types in the healthcare industry. His expertise, experience, and management style have provided leadership to Page’s Design Team for many of the firm’s most complex and successful projects. Much of Mattia’s success has been in his understanding of the dynamic nature of design in a rapidly changing environment.

MICHEL BORG Director / Page As an award-winning architect with over 29 years of experience on a wide-range of building types, Michel’s training in both architecture and interior design has assisted clients on numerous corporate, institutional, educational, healthcare, and hospitality projects. Michel’s leadership style is to actively orchestrate design through strong, interactive, and collaborative team development in all of the professional disciplines. This approach enables the team to discover the most creative and useful solutions to each of the client’s pragmatic needs.

KEITH HANSPARD Project Manager / ANDRES Construction Keith Hanspard joined ANDRES 18 years ago, and has since evolved into a solid and reliable Project Manager. He has managed multiple adaptive reuse projects such as The National, The Mayflower, Mosaic Lofts, and aLoft Hotel. He is currently the Project Manager at ANDRES’ Good-E project in Deep Ellum. Keith is a respected industry leader that consistently seeks to mentor and share his expertise with all he encounters.

NATALIE TERRILL Director of Sustainability / Beck Terrill began her career as a Sustainability Analyst at Steven Winter Associates. Prior to joining The Beck Group, she was a Senior Associate at Vidaris, Inc., providing technical leadership. Natalie has achieved over 60 LEED Certifications totaling 15M sqft of built space under multiple rating systems and projects across the globe. Natalie has been a LEED AP and an AIA Associate since 2006. As part of the USGBC LEED Implementation Advisory Committee, she co-developed the LEED v4 Rating System.

job after graduate school at Yale was with Cesar Pelli & Associates, where he worked on large-scale projects in the US, Europe and Asia. When he joined Page, his prior exposure to all project types made him a versatile designer with experience in developing solutions that crossed practice boundaries. At Page, Talmadge is a Design Principal and helps lead the design studio in Austin.

Rives Taylor has more than 35 years of experience in institutional and commercial architecture, with 30 years spent focusing on strategic planning, programming, and sustainable design, ranging in scale from facility operations to campus and city planning. A Texas-practicing architect and educator, Rives directs Gensler’s firmwide Design Resilience Task Force and leads the Gensler Research Institute Resilience Center. In over 30 years as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston and a visiting professor at Rice University, Rives has influenced more than 6,000 students in his technical and high-performance design studios and seminars.

TALMADGE SMITH, AIA, LEED AP Principal / TalmadgePageisa design architect with a penchant for the challenges that come with large, complicated projects. Over his two-decade career, he has helped to shape high-rises, office buildings, airports, hospitals, and mixed-use Talmadge’smasterplans.first

Curtain Wall & Façade Specialist for the Strategic Accounts Division of STI Firestop, covering the central United States and Canada. Aaron joined STI Firestop in 2015 and has over 30 years of experience in construction materials. He has conducted firestop trainings for STI, The International Firestop Council and to a variety of groups including; architects, engineers, consultants, code officials, inspectors and all types of trades. MARIO ROMERO Computational Designer / Perkins & Will Mario Romero is a computational designer and digital practice manager at Perkins+Will. His work primarily deals in the melding of technology and architecture, including robotics, digital-physical interface design, digital fabrication, and modular building automation and intelligence. Mario previously worked at AS+GG in Chicago, and holds a BArch from the University of Illinois Chicago

NATHAN BARNES Computational Lead, Research & Development / Zahner Nathan Barnes is the Computational Lead at Zahner. He has a background in architectural fabrication through programmatic mass customization. He is passionate about encapsulating solutions to problems through technological solutions. Additionally, he has a passion for fostering an inquisitive culture around him. Nathan holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin, with an emphasis on digital fabrication. His current research is centered around developing software and hardware improvements to nudge forward fabrication capabilities.

JAMES COLEMAN Vice President of Innovation /Zahner James Coleman currently acts as Vice President of Innovation at A. Zahner Company, a company that specializes in computational fabrication and mass customization at an architectural scale. He is involved in the production of 100,000s of unique parts for large-scale projects as a digital design and manufacturing specialist. James holds master’s degrees in both architecture and mechanical engineering from The Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His current research is centered around parametric design-to-fabrication workflows and one-off automation strategies in both hardware and software.

Dustin is an Associate Principal at Callison RTKL. For the past 15 years, he has worked as an architect designing the Wutai Marriott, Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner, Virgin New Orleans, Hyatt Regency Xi’an, Grand Hyatt Shenzhou, and Grand Hyatt Kuwait, alongside many other projects. LUC DECKINGA Digital Practice Manager / Perkins & Will As Digital Practice Manager for Computational Design, Luc brings a programmer’s rigor and a designer’s creativity to every area of Perkins+Will’s diverse practice, giving designers new tools to create more sophisticated designs. Trained as an architect, his portfolio now encompasses a wide range of scales and disciplines, from robotic fabrication to environmental simulation and responsive parametric design.
