WELCOME WELCOME TO FACADES+ BOSTON! The Architect’s Newspaper is celebrating our 10th Anniversary Year of Facades+ conference program in 2022. After 2 years of disruptions, we are thrilled to welcome new attendees and longtime supporters back to Facades+ series of dynamic dialogues. At every Facades+ conference, we bring fresh and relevant programming to each city and are ecstatic to return to Boston. Facades+ Boston brings together top professionals from the worlds of design, engineering, fabrication, and construction to consider how the building envelope expresses itself in Boston and beyond through performance, material, and delivery strategy. We’d like to thank our conference Co-Chair, David Manfredi and his team at Elkus Manfredi Architects, who have curated this excellent program of design leaders. With presentations on innovative facades for research, future-thinking housing development, and design excellence in the Seaport, there are sure to be projects to inspire you. We invite you to connect with presenters and your peers during networking breaks in the Methods+Materials Gallery. Please get to know the industryleading sponsors in the Methods+Materials Gallery and learn how they shape the future of building-facade technologies. Has Facades+ struck a chord with you?
