BIM Requirement: BIM required, but no architectural model was provided, other than for the cast stone skin. Structure and exteriors provided as well. Performance Spec: Skin component - A cast stone internal skin made up of more than 1000 unique panels ranging from 2’ x 4’ to more than 16’ x 16’ in size & 4-5/8” in thickness. Deliverables: Fabrication files for panels, support structure and connections. Documentation for panels, support structure and connections.
