In persuasive essays we try to convince others with our points of view, to agree with us on our facts, see our values in a positive light, embrace our argument and conclusion, and adopt our way of thinking. It must be kept under consideration that a vocabulary should be used which is in accordance with the topic under discussion. A formal topic should not be discussed in first or second person narrative. Nor should a rhetorical tone be used in the essay paper. However, there are some topics which require to be written in an informal tone. Thus, an apt tone and proper language should be used while keeping the topic in consideration. ďƒ˜ The structure of the paper is also very important as it is that which gives the reader an insight on the ability of the writer.
