Delhi is selected under the Smart City Project of the Central Government. The thought of Delhi Smart City has generated a new level of excitement in the real estate sector of the city. The Government has hired consulting firms to build world class smart cities. Delhi is a walled city with number of illegal colonies and unplanned societies. While considering the lifestyle and environment of the city, the Modi led NDA Government decided to give Delhi a smart makeover.

This firm will develop the city on a whole, but people’s living standard raise according to locality, atmosphere, neighbourhood and social behaviour. The infrastructure will be developed by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) with guidance from the KPMG firm.
