In addition, we do our very own load-tests at our headquarters, utilizing our state of the art drop-tower to provide maximum safety. • The posts of our anchor points are made from plastic deformable stainless steel. Absturzsicherung für Betonuntergründe Fall protection on concrete structures Für Beton, Mauerwerk oder Stein haben wir eine Vielzahl an Anschlagpunkten im Programm. Sie sind fast ausschließlich aus hochwertigem Edelstahl hergestellt, witterungsbeständig gekennzeichnet und werden grundsätzlich nach den aktuellen Normen geprüft. Ob mit Montagemörtel oder Schwerlastankern befestigt, gekontert, einbetoniert oder mit Spezialspreizdübeln einfach in den Beton eingeschlagen – zu jedem Ihrer Einsatzfelder bieten wir eine zuverlässige Absturzsicherung an. Auch Hohlräume, Naturstein oder Porenbeton stellen für unsere Produkte kein Problem dar. Anschlageinrichtungen von ABS Safety bieten variable Überstände und Gewindelängen. Mit speziellen Winkeln sind auch seitliche Montagen möglich. Viele unserer Anschlagpunkte können zudem mit Stützrohren ausgestattet werden. Auf diese Weise verstärkt, werden sie als Eckstützen und Endhalter in Seilsicherungssystemen eingesetzt. Für jede Architektur finden Sie in unserem Sortiment die passende Sicherungslösung.
Our product range includes a variety of anchor points for concrete, masonry or stone. They are made almost exclusively from weatherproof stainless steel, feature weatherproof markings and labels and are tested to the current standards. Whether installed using special adhesive, cemented to concrete, countered or fitted with heavy-duty anchors – we offer reliable fall protection systems for your application. Even cavities, natural stone or cellular concrete are no problem for our products. ABS Safety´s anchor devices offer variable protrusions and thread lengths. With special brackets also lateral installation is possible. Many of our products may also be equipped with an additional support tube. Strengthened in this way, they can be used as cornerand end anchors in lifeline systems. Our products always offer the right solution for a variety of applications.

Spezielle Kippdübel sorgen dabei für den nötigen Halt. Um die Installation unserer Systeme noch leichter zu gestalten, haben wir für Sie zudem Lösungen entwickelt, die mit Blindnieten einfach von oben auf die Dachhaut genietet werden. Das erspart aufwändige Eingriffe in die Isolierschichten und Dämmung von Sandwichdächern. Auch diese Systeme können natürlich bei Bedarf in Seilsicherungssysteme integriert werden.

Möglich wird das durch die plastische Verformbarkeit unserer Produkte. Sie verringern die Hebelkräfte so weit, dass die Belastung am Montageuntergrund nur noch gering ist. Auch unsere Anschlagpunkte für Holz bieten eine große Auswahl an Befestigungsvarianten. Ob mit oder ohne Grundplatte am Untergrund verschraubt, um den Balken geklemmt, durch den Dachsparren gekontert oder zentral am Dachfirst installiert – für jede Ihrer Anforderungen haben wir die passende Lösung. Und wenn nicht, finden wir eine. Versprochen!
Practice-oriented fall protection anchors for thin structures are our strength. Therefore we offer anchor points that can be installed on timber shuttering (OSB) from a thickness of 22mm - and protect 3 persons against fall. This is made possible by the plastic deformability of our products. Utilizing the plastic deformation, the leverage is strikingly decreased with the result that the occuring forces on the mounting structure are reduced to a minimum. Like our other anchor points, also those for wood offer a wide range of installation options. Bolted with or without base plate, clamped around a rafter, countered through the rafter or simply installed on the roof ridge – for each of your requirements we have the right solution. And if we don´t, we will find one – promised!

Spezielle Profilklemmen sind das Herz unserer ABS-Lock-FalzProdukte. Die Klemmen werden am geeigneten Falz verschraubt und halten im Ernstfall den enormen Belastungen eines Fallsturzes problemlos stand. Je nach Produkt können so 1 bis 3 Personen zuverlässig gesichert ihren Dacharbeiten nachgehen. Dank der praktischen Klemmbefestigung bleibt das Dach auch während und nach der Montage dicht, da keine Durchdringung erforderlich ist.

For almost every type of seam profile we offer completely penetration free fall protection systems that can be installed with little effort. Special seam clamps are the heart of our ABS-Lock® Falz products. The clamps are bolted to the appropriate seam profile and in case of an emergency they would withstand the enormous fall forces. Depending on the product up to 3 persons can perform safe work at height. Thanks to the special clamping mechanism, the roof will stay watertight during and after the installation, because penetrating the roof is not necessary.

So kann er auf der gesamten Dachfläche geschützt arbeiten. Dass an unseren Dachhaken immer auch eine Leiter eingehängt werden kann, ist selbstverständlich. Auch die Ästhetik des Gebäudes behalten wir im Auge: Unsere Dachhaken sind in verschiedenen Farben erhältlich; und nahezu unsichtbar ist unsere Anschlagschlaufe ABS-Lock® Loop. Ganze Seilsicherungssysteme, die von beiden Dachhälften aus genutzt werden können, sind mit unseren Produkten ebenfalls kein Problem.

Auf diese Weise können wir Ihnen Sicherungssysteme für fast jeden Untergrund anbieten. Selbstverständlich sind unsere Seilsysteme gemäß DIN EN 795 zertifiziert. An Fassaden und Maschinen, auf Flach- und Steildächern führen Sie unsere Systeme dank flexibler Kurven- und Winkelelemente problemlos um jedes Hindernis. Ein Optimum an Leichtläufigkeit bieten unsere Schienensysteme. Aus Edelstahl gefertigt und auf Wunsch auch in V4A-Stahl erhältlich, trotzen Sie nicht nur den härtesten Umfeldern, sondern sehen auch noch besonders hochwertig aus.
Working like a well oiled machine - with ABS Safety´s horizontal lifeline systems, working- and transport routes on the roofs are continually secured. The systems are available in virtually unlimited length. With our fully traversable systems the user has to attach once and is safe along the whole system without the need of reattaching. Therefore it is a hassle-free fall protection system. Almost all ABS Safety´s fall protection anchors can be used as a lifeline support, or upgraded with a support tube to be used as such. This way we are able to offer horizontal lifeline systems for essentially every surface. Of course, our lifeline systems are certifierd according EN 795. Thanks to flexible corners and angular elements, our ABS-Lock® SYS lifeline systems can easily overcome every obstacle on facades, machinery, ceilings as well as flat and pitched roofs. Our ABS Railtrax rigid rail system offers optimum smoothness while working along the system. Made from stainless steel (on request also in V4A-steel), it defies not only the harshest environments, it also looks very “high-quality”.

Schutzgeländer Guardrails Innovative Montagetechniken sind die Stärke unserer Schutzgeländer. Aus hochwertigem Aluminium gefertigt, sind die Dachgeländer besonders witterungsbeständig und überzeugen durch ihr ansprechendes Design. Sie sind für zahlreiche Untergründe erhältlich, etwa für Bitumenbahnen, gewebeverstärkte Folie, Sandwichelemente oder Trapezblech sowie als Gewichtsvariante für alle tragfähigen Flachdächer. Mit den Schutzgeländern von ABS Safety minimieren Sie den Transportaufwand, die Aluminiumkonstruktionen bieten ein geringes Transportgewicht. Zusätzlich sind die Geländerpfosten eingeklappt verpackt – die Bauteile der Schutzgeländer können daher auch komfortabel durch enge Treppenhäuser befördert werden, um den Einsatz eines Krans zu umgehen. Weighted models can be installed on all flat roofs. It can be a hassle to bring a guardrail system to the top of a building. With ABS Guardrails the hassle with the transport is minimized. The aluminum construction ensures a low transport weight.
