DESCRIPTION Added safety through rotating anchor eyelet Our ABS-Lock® III-R is an anchorage point for individuals - equipped with a freely rotating anchor eyelet. It is attached to a steel or concrete structure using a pre-installed M12, M16 or M20 mounting thread, or with a counter nut, using 2-component adhesive (options listed in the table below). The freely rotating anchor eyelet makes it much easier for workers to move in any desired direction, providing an even greater degree of safety for anyone working near a precipitous edge. Our ABS-Lock® III-R anchorage device fulfills the requirements set down in EN 795 as an anchorage point for individuals and is capable of bearing a max. load of 3 individuals. The device is manufactured completely from V4A material (1.4571) with a choice of different color powder coatings - making our ABS-Lock® III-R the ideal choice for long-term outdoor usage. The M16 and M20 models are also licensed in accordance with ANSI Z359.1 and EN 50308 for wind turbine usage. The max. load of 22.4 kN actually surpasses the test value specified in the licensing requirements. The max. number of individuals allowed in the wind turbine sector is 2.
