Supra A Feast of Georgian Cooking Tiko Tuskadze of Little Georgia

Tiko Tuskadze was born and raised in Georgia but, having spent her early adult years working for the Georgian Ministry of Culture, travelled to London to explore new challenges almost 20 years ago. Ever since her departure, Tiko has maintained a connection with her beloved homeland through the food that she cooks and eats every day. Tiko’s delicious food and unique sense of style come together in the food that she creates in the kitchens of her celebrated London-based restaurant Little Georgia and its sister cafÊ in Hackney. This is her first book.

Central and unique to the culinary tradition of Georgia is the ‘supra’, a coming together of family and friends to share heartwarming toasts, great conversation, free-flowing drink and, most importantly, dish upon dish of mouthwatering food. In this book, Tiko Tuskadze, chef-owner of London’s celebrated restaurant Little Georgia, opens her kitchen to share her love for the food of her home country and the recipes and stories that have been passed down through her family for generations.
