What united them, is their quest for creative, luxurious spaces that they can call home. This is what Andy Home aims to offer through its service offering. As testimony to the success of this approach and its goal, the firm has, over the years, completed many projects to the satisfaction of even the most discerning of clients. Among these is Andy Home’s work on a residence in south Delhi: a complete renovation job that took 8 months to conclude. The house was first built over 50 years ago, so it was rather old construction. Having changed a few hands, it had been adapted, re-furbished a few times already and has two owners. The ground belongs to someone else with our client owning the first and above.

Initially, the entire first floor with part of the 2nd floor was built. As such, when they began work Andy Home needed to add to add to the 2nd, as well as part of the floor above. Given that the house was old construction, had changed hands before, and had been superficially modified, the team’s greatest challenge was the lack of strength of the structure that they needed to work with. The columns were 4” as opposed to the 9” required and beams were missing at places that ought to have beams. The materials of construction, the quality of concrete was all quite disastrous, to say the least.

Amongst the firm’s recent successfully completed projects was a conversion of two flats into a stunning four storey home, including a loft conversion and full refurbishment. There were many exciting challenges involved in this project, the main one being an architecturally designed complex geometric roof structure which enables maximum internal head height in the loft conversion. This had to be specially designed, programmed for CNC cutting and installed by their expert joinery team. Despite the intricacies and challenges involved the results are truly spectacular and the team at Create Bespoke are particularly proud of the custom joinery throughout the build, including kitchen, library unit, dressing room, wardrobe space and vanity units all of which feature bespoke ironmongery, including specialist metalwork fabrication for handle details. Such a project helps the firm to achieve its mission: to combine bespoke, skilled craftsmanship and exceptional quality finishes with sound construction and engineering practices and secondto-none customer service in order to create beautiful spaces which fulfil and exceed its esteemed clients’ requirements. As it works towards achieving this on every project it has the honour to be able to work on, Create Bespoke employs a

ounded in Stuttgart in November 2016 OONITOO is a start-up dedicated to furniture and room design.
Over the years since its inception the company has come to develop, market and sell creative furniture and home accessories. Its focus has always been on the interior design of private homes, offices and restaurants, working to create unique spaces that clients can feel at home in. In order to offer holistic customer solutions, OONITOO works together with interior designers, wood technicians, architects, craftsmen and merchants. As part of its extensive service offering, OONITOO supplies the in-house design for small series products, checks the technical feasibility of constructions, tracks the production and markets or sells the furniture via the trade. In interior design as well as in furniture design, the start-up deliberately uses alternative materials to preserve nature. One example of the firm’s work is its recent conversion of an old private old villa into a family home. A completely new bathroom was created as a highlight. The remaining rooms with high ceilings such as the living room, dining room, kitchen, office and children’s room were designed in a contemporary style. The firm also worked on Germany’s first real estate boutique, which opened in Stuttgart for the first time in the new year 2018. The former branch of BW Bank appears in new splendour and is now home to three concepts in one space.
