Breakthrough is a community development programme delivered in partnership with Premier Rugby and the associated professional Rugby Union teams in England. Launched at Twickenham in 2009, the programme is taking rugby union into new communities and tackling a range of social and education issues for young people aged 8 - 19 years in age appropriate environments.
