경리단에 위치한 T.G는 오너 쉐프인 Ken 이 3년째 운영해 오고 있는 브런치 카페 이다. 20대 초반부터 요리를 시작한 그 는, 그랜드 힐튼 호텔에서 10년 정도 경력 을 쌓고, 그 후에도 캘리포니아와 하와이 에서 꾸준히 요리 경력을 쌓았으니, T.G의 메뉴들이 맛있는 건 당연한 일 일지도 모 른다. tarting his cooking career at just 20, spending a decade at Grand Hilton hotel and gaining food industry experience in California and Hawaii, it’s no surprise that Ken Choi has managed to successfully grow his T.G Brunch Café over the past three years. In 2009, Mr. Choi quit his job in Haebangchon and, with his experience working abroad in Japanese restaurants and spending time in Gyeongridan, decided to fill a gap in the market and open a restaurant purely aimed at foreign customers. Wanting to create a “foreigner 김밥천국 (Gimbapcheonguk)” – a cheap (W5-6,000 cheaper than other places in Gyeongridan) yet vast menu keeping everyone happy – he started making food which consisted of both American and Japanese influences.
