We are incredibly excited to show you THE Vet Exhibition, the digital venue for Virtual Congress 2021 - there's so much to explore! THE Vet Exhibition is a brand new interactive experience where you can enjoy all of the live sessions at Virtual Congress 2021. In the auditorium, you will be able to log in to access all of the live sessions available with your Virtual Congress ticket.
You can navigate The Webinar Vet's digital booth, as well as 2 interactive sponsor rooms. All of the on demand webinar sessions available with your VC2021 ticket will be available to watch on The Webinar Vet website.
Let's get started!
Accessing THE Vet Exhibition
Go to www.thevetexhibition.com Click the 'Enter' button You will be taken into THE Vet Exhibition!
How to view the LIVE sessions Once you are inside THE Vet Exhibition lobby, click the 'To Auditorium' button as shown below.
Click the arrows to enter an auditorium of your choice, then click the arrow again to be taken into your chosen room. You can navigate back to the hall too if you wish.
You're in Auditorium 1! All of the live sessions on the main stream throughout the week will be available to watch in this auditorium. Click the information icon in the centre.
You can tune in to the live sessions by clicking "Watch Livestream". If you are tuning in on your phone, you will be prompted to open the session via zoom.
You will also be able to browse the "On Demand" content available by clicking the camera icon. If you prefer, throughout the venue you can click "list" in the bottom right corner to show a clear list of the different hotspots to click on.
To view the on demand content or watch the live session, you will need to log in using your Webinar Vet email and password.
If you haven't bought a ticket, you'll be able to buy one to access the content. If you've forgotten your Webinar Vet password you'll also be able to reset it by clicking "Forgot Your Password?"
You're ready to watch! Now you can sit back and enjoy the sessions.
The Auditoriums
THE LOBBY In the lobby you will find a number of different ways to navigate around the VC2021 venue. You can access the auditorium by clicking "To Auditorium" to go straight to the webinar sessions. You can also visit our event sponsor websites by clicking on the logos on the sponsor wall. To visit the MSD seating area and The Webinar Vet booth, click on the eye icon near the back of the hall.

THE GOODY BAG ROOM Explore our goody bag area by clicking on each of the information icons to find out more. We've got prizes, competitions, free resources and more for you to enjoy.

Explore the MSD Animal Health sponsor booth located at the front of THE Vet Exhibition centre. You can view a range of different content by clicking on the information icons around the booth, as well as enter to win a Vector Borne Diseases book!
VIRBAC Explore the Virbac sponsor booth located at the front of THE Vet Exhibition centre. You can view a range of different content by clicking on the information icons around the booth. You can browse information and product brochures as well as entering the Stelfonta room to the right.
THE VETCHAT PODCAST ROOM Did you know we have our very own podcast for the veterinary profession? VetChat discusses everything from clinical cases to hot topical debates. Once you enter the room, you can listen to any episode from seasons 1 - 4 and our WCVD9 special episodes too. Click on the information icons to view the lists of episodes and sit back and relax!
THE WEBINAR VET BOOTH Find out more about The Webinar Vet by clicking "Visit Stand" to enter our very own booth! Use the arrows to navigate our stand don't forget to go upstairs too! Find out more about a membership with us, chat to a member of our team, watch our founder Anthony Chadwick introduce the exhibition and so much more!

UPSTAIRS IN THE EXHIBITION CENTRE Don't forget to check upstairs too by clicking on the arrows leading up the escalator. Upstairs you'll be able to visit 2 different networking lounges, one for vets, and one for vet nurses. It's a great way to chat with your fellow veterinary professionals.
