According to her, female entrepreneurs are judged to be less competent than their male peers. There’s a perceived bias regarding this within the venture finance community. People with an orthodox mindset believe women possess poor leadership skills. Consequently, she has been judged and criticized for her choices. Women also have an additional responsibility towards their house and kids, and young kids need a lot of attention in their formative years.
