Gemma Collins has been banned from being a director of a company for three years, after failing to pay her VAT bill. An investigation into the 39-year-old’s Essex-based business Gemma Collins Boutique Ltd found that her

business owed more than £70k when it went into liquidation in 2017. Since opening in 2013, the company paid a total of £6,614.

Weeks before the ban came into play, the TOWIE star resigned as a director from her other companies, Gemma Collins Ltd and Gemma Collins Clothing Ltd. Her father Alan Collins has taken over as director. Gemma previously opened up about struggling to manage her finances, saying, “My dad controls all my money. Seriously, I have to ask him if I want to upgrade my car.”

Wishing her the best recovery so she can jump, run and dance her butt off.”

Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan have hit a stumbling block in their plans to build their new dream home.
