To cancel, notify us in writing before the 1sth of the month prior to the last month of your contract. Broken Agreements: Broken agreements are defined as the initial term of the contract agreed. 25% of the remaining payments which constitutes the unearned discount will be due upon breaking the agreement. Should this become a collection problem, the client assumes all reasonable costs of collection, including, but not limited to court costs, interest and legal fees.
