Cerner Enviza provides a comprehensive set of absence policies to allow associates the ability to balance personal and work needs.

• Maternity Leave - First 8 weeks 100% base pay • Paternity Leave– 100% base pay for 2 weeks

The Life Insurance benefit provided by AIA aims to provide a lump sum life insurance benefit to the family and/or estate in the event of an associate’s death. Cerner Enviza covers all full time associates.

• Life coverage is equal to twenty four times last basic monthly salary.

Accidental Death is covered by Chubb Singapore • Sum insured equals to twenty four times your basic monthly salary.
