1/4 cup crushed lotus biscuit

1/4 cup liquid tahini

1/4 - 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk, as desired majdool dates.

Egyptian Basbousa

ingredients

2 1/2 cups semolina

1/4 cup grated coconut

1/2 cup milk

1 cup sugar

3 tbsps. honey.

Instructions

In a deep dish, mix semolina, sugar and coconut.

Add the ghee and beat well by hand until the granules absorb the ghee, and get sandy mixture

Add honey and mix with fingers

Add the milk and stir until combined and do not over mix

Cover the dough and let it rest for one to two hours

Spread in the oven tray greased with ghee or tahini, and spread the nuts on top and press them by hand

put it in the oven at 180 degrees until it turns golden color, for about 30 minutes

Instructions

INGREDIENTS

A cup and a half of warm water

One tablespoon of sugar.

One tablespoon of powdered milk

1/4 cup fine semolina

A cup of all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

One and a half teaspoon baking powder.

Instruction

In a mixer or with hand blender, mix all the ingredients well

Pour the mixture into a deep dish, cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Place a non-stick frying pan over medium heat

Pour the amount of a table spoon to make one piece of Qatayef leave it until bubbles form and dry.

Katayef
:ﺔﻘﻳﺮﻄﻟا

INGREDIENTS

175 grams of butter (3/4 cup)

175ml Eastern Coconut Milk

“3/4 cup”

290 gm sugar “a cup and a half”

3 eggs

225 gm all purpose flour (1 3/4 cups)

1 1/2 tsps. baking powder.

1/8 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

6 tbsps coconut grated

4 tbsps coconut milk

2 tbsps. grated coconut.

Instruction

Beat the softened butter and sugar until it becomes a creamy mixture.

Add eggs and vanilla and mix

Add coconut milk and mix well

for serving put the mixture in a mold greased with butter and sprinkled with a pinch of flour, bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes in a preheated oven, or until a chopstick comes out clean from the cake. Once it comes out of the oven, we make holes in the surface and water it with 4 tablespoons of coconut milk Leave it for 10 minutes, turn it over, brush the surface

INGREDIENTS

Almond pudding

A cup and a quarter of milk

Three quarters of a cup of sweetened Qamar El Din juice

One tablespoon of corn starch dissolved in two tablespoons of water

Instruction

In a saucepan, put the milk with the sugar until it boils

Add the starch and milk mixture and stir until it becomes a heavy texture. Remove the mixture from the heat, add the ground almonds and almond spirit, and stir

Pour into glasses with a height of three-quarters of the height and leave to cool at the t t f th kit h

put Qamar Al-Din juice on the stove until it boils

Ramadan RECIPES

INGREDIENTS

Two cups of kunafa, cut into small pieces

A quarter cup of ghee or oil

A cup and a half of milk

Two tablespoons of custard powder

Sweetened condensed milk with pistachio flavour

Pistachio powder 1/2 cup

1 sachet of powdered whipping cream + 100 ml of cold milk

green food coloring

In a sauce pan, put the milk with the custard powder, stir until it holds together and a custard is formed

Pour the hot custard on a flat dish, and cover it with kitchen plastic that is completely adjacent to the surface

Leave to cool in the fridge for half an hour

In a frying pan, stir the kunafa with ghee or oil, till gets golden color.

add 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk with pistachio flavor and stir

distribute the kunafa as a first layer in the serving dish

Whisk cream powder with cold milk put the custard with the whipping cream and mix until it blends completely

Add 1/4 cup of condensed milk sweetened and mix

Add two tablespoons of pistachio powder and food coloring and mix

Add the cream layer on the Kunafa. distribute strands of condensed milk on the surface, and a sprinkle of ground pistachios

Leave to cool 4 hours before

Filo cups with banana

Filo pastry

1 banana cut into slices

1 tsp butter

2 tbsps. brown sugar.

Foster Clark's custard powder

1 tsp of Foster Clark's banana flavor

1 cup of milk.

1 tbsps white sugar

1 Foster Clark’s whipped topping mix pack

125 ml cold milk

INGREDIENTS Instruction

Cut Filo pastry into squares, put 5 layers of filo on the table, with a brush of butter between each

distribute the filo squares into the cupcakes or tart pan and press well.

Bake in a preheated oven on 180 Celsius for 10 mins till it gets a golden color get them out of the pan, let cool on the cooling rack

Grease a non-stick pan with butter

roll banana slices in brown sugar, and put in pan for 3 minutes, till the bottom

distribute warm caramelized bananas in the cups in a saucepan, put milk, custard powder, sugar and stir on medium heat till it gets thick and custard forms

set the custard aside, add banana flavor and stir

distribute the custard into the cups let it cool in the fridge whip cold milk, whipped cream mix

226g cup cream cheese

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave and set aside to cool down whip the cream until it forms a peak point

Beat the cheese with the sugar on a slow speed until mixed, increase the speed for a minute until it becomes a creamy mixture

Add the pistachio butter to the cheese and mix until it becomes a smooth, mixture

Add the white chocolate and keep mixing, keeping the mixture fluffy
